French judges ruled that one set of parents must rename their recently-born baby.
The parents originally named the baby name “Nutella” when she was born in September.
A judge later ruled that the name was not in the child’s best interest according to a report in the newspaper La Voix Du Nord.
“The name ‘Nutella’ given to the child is the trade name of a spread,” according TIME and their translations of the court’s decision. “And it is contrary to the child’s interest to be wearing a name like that can only lead to teasing or disparaging thoughts.”
The parents failed to show up to court in November and the judged renamed the baby Ella.
